1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and BetaZetaDev (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the WorkIO Pro (the “Application”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, accessing or using the Application, you are accepting these Terms and you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with all of the provisions of these Terms, do not download, access or use the Application.
2. User Registration
You may need to register for an account to access some or all of the services on the Application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to take any and all action, as it deems necessary or reasonable, regarding the security of the Application and your account.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use and disclose information about you.
4. User Obligations
You are responsible for your own communications, including the upload, transmission and posting of information, and are responsible for the consequences of their posting on or through the Application.
6. Changes to Terms or Services
We may modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. If we do so, we’ll let you know either by posting the modified Terms on the Application or through other communications.
7. Disclaimer
The Application and all materials and content available through the Application are provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event will the Company, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
10. Dispute Resolution
For any dispute you have with the Company, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally.
11. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, represent the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and us.
